Hi my name is Sara and I work with different tools for self-awareness and recovery.

I have always been a curious person and have therefore had the honor of experiencing and meeting the fates of many different places and people. In 2016,  I met a person who showed me that I could read information and messages by listening with my hands. I learnt that I could receive information in different ways about what is happening in what I put my hands on.

The information can appear in different ways, through feelings, images, sounds, or bodily sensations in some way. There began a different kind of journey. I began to explore more about how the body actually works and the built-in technology and knowledge that we sometimes unconsciously sit on. I took training in reiki and the body's natural healing process and I am today a teacher and mentor others to become reiki therapists.

A year later, in the same place where I found out I could read energy with my hands -I met the next person who would steer the direction further towards greater knowledge and understanding. Human Design came into my life and here we are. A constant exploration and new things to learn about oneself and others. I have taken several courses in Human Design with different teachers, but my main studies are right now 6 years of constant nerding out of self-study of the basic material in Human Design.

I wanted to gain more understanding of the body's function and decided to train as a medical massage therapist in 2019. I am today a trained and certified masseuse by the trade council of Swedish masseurs. ​

In 2019 I trained as a Psych-K facilitator level 1 & 2 to deepen my knowledge of how the body and the subconscious communicate through psychological kinesiology. ​

In 2020 I trained as a Sivananda Hatha yoga teacher to deepen my knowledge of how the body functions from a holistic yogic perspective.
