My interest in healing began in 2016 when I met someone who showed me that I could perceive information through what I placed my hands on. Since then, many different tools and modalities have found their way into my life.
Since 2017, I have practiced, taught, and mentored others in Reiki—a Japanese method for relaxation and restoration—as well with the Human Design and Gene Keys systems. These are my primary tools for understanding and embodying our unique rhythms, energy patterns, and natural ways of moving through life. To me, this work is about coming home to yourself, understanding your own energetic blueprint, and becoming aware of the protective patterns that shape your experience.
From this foundation, I offer mentorship, courses, and coaching and guidance for personal growth and self-discovery.
I enjoy working with a variety of tools that support awareness, self-understanding, and well-being. One of the most important things I have learned is that life is shaped by the choices we make. Are we making those choices from a place of survival and adaptation, or from a place of authenticity? We all navigate life differently, which is why it feels natural for me to work holistically and allow different methods and perspectives to complement one another.
Yoga and massage are at the heart of my personal practice. I am a trained Hatha Yoga teacher (2021) and a certified massage therapist accredited by the Swedish Massage Council (2019).
Alongside these, I draw from a range of other teachings and modalities that I have studied, including herbalism, mediumship, past-life exploration, The Journey Method, Emotion Code, and Psych-K, weaving them into my work when appropriate.
